During times of stress, it can be even more challenging to watch what we eat, get enough sleep, or exercise. But it’s more important now than ever before to take care of your mind, body, and soul. Increasing our endorphins through physical activity, is one of the most effective ways to beat stress. The spiritual practice of yoga can provide both physical and mental benefits.
